Thank you for visiting the website of Wiz Global. I am Om Narayan Paudel, Representative Director of the company. I strongly believe that Japanese society should aim for a world where people of all generations and backgrounds can come together to build a community and make the most of their unique strengths.
At Wiz Global, we are committed to solving the serious labor shortage that Japanese society faces, providing valuable solutions to both companies and foreign talent. Having studied in Japan as an international student myself, and through my experience in the human resources industry, I have deeply felt the hiring difficulties and retention challenges caused by cultural differences that exist between Japanese companies and foreign talent.
To address these challenges, we founded Wiz Global in 2021. As a bridge between companies and foreign talent, we strive to be the most trusted partner, and our entire team continues to work tirelessly toward this goal. We look forward to your continued trust and expectations.
